ARAI Showcases Its Latest Installation: 6DOF High Frequency – MULTI AXIS SIMULATION TABLE (HF-MAST)
ARAI is excited to showcase its latest installation of the 6DOF High Frequency – MULTI AXIS SIMULATION TABLE (HF-MAST) at the Fatigue & Materials Centre of Excellence (FMCE), Homologation and Technology Centre (HTC), Pune. This cutting-edge facility plays a critical role in helping designers and manufacturers understand product performance and durability — significantly reducing vehicle development time.
HF-MAST supports Design Validation Plans (DVP) through multi-axial vibrational loading of components, systems, and sub-systems such as chassis aggregates, cabins, seating systems, IPs, battery assemblies, etc., thus minimizing the need for outdoor or on-road testing.
The high-performing rig is capable of testing payloads up to 1000 kg and can run at high frequencies.
Additionally, HF-MAST can test non-automotive products as per global standards including: JSS 55555, IEC 61373, NFF 31 119, ISTA, and ASTM.
