ARAI provides comprehensive certification and homologation services for all types of vehicles, systems, and components, including support for export homologation. It is recognized by international certification bodies from Singapore, the Netherlands, and Australia, and assists the Indian government in standard formulation, regulatory harmonization, and setting up vehicle inspection centers. ARAI is also developing advanced infrastructure for testing and certifying electric and hybrid vehicles.
